Chadwick Kellenbarger, Senior Minister
Chadwick came to Eastpointe in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree from Kentucky Christian University. He was the Worship Minister at Eastpointe for nearly 7 years and Associate Minister after that. In May 2010, Chadwick became the Senior Minister at the church. He oversees the preaching, church staff, and—along with the other elders—directs and communicates the vision for our church.
In 2001, Chadwick married his high school sweetheart, Nicole, who is a vital help in his ministry roles. In 2005, their beautiful daughter, Grace Louise, was born. If you're looking to strike up a conversation with Chadwick, you'll never go wrong talking about all things Apple (iPhones, iPads, and Macs) or the Minnesota Vikings, his favorite football team. (No, he's not from Minnesota.)
Adam Washington, Student Minister
Adam has been on the ministry staff since July 2007 but has been attending Eastpointe his whole life. Graduating in 2004 from Otterbein College with a degree in Sociology and minor in Psychology, his education appropriately took him into the field of... auditing (who really works with their degree?!?!). When the opportunity arose to serve at his home church as the Youth Minister overseeing 7th-12th grade, he simply couldn't resist (kid at heart!).
He and his wife Shannon live in Reynoldsburg with their daughter, Lilly and an Ewok, umm, dog named Chukha. Adam enjoys being with his family, traveling, sports, cleaning his ears with a Q-tip after showering, riding motorcycles... oh, and Michigan football! He does not enjoy long lines at Walmart in the "20 Items or Less" line, the itchy feeling you get in the back of your throat sometimes, birds, and seeing a show on cable that you want to watch, only to find out you don't get it (darn you National Geographic channel)!
Misha Thomas, Worship Leader
Misha received her Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a choral director in Indiana until she and her husband, Toby moved to Gahanna in 2001. They now have two amazing children, Kaila and Evan. Misha came to Eastpointe in 2005 and began serving as the choir director and substitute worship leader the following year. In 2010, Misha came on board as an official part-time staff member.
She currently oversees the Worship Ministry which includes stage design and planning and leading worship services on Sunday mornings.
Dave Zorn, Facility Manager
Dave Zorn came to Eastpointe with his family in 2005. He was a truck driver and DJ with a passion for music, worship, and sound production. After working in our Sound & Media ministries for several years, the opportunity arose for Dave to join our staff as the Facility Manager. He oversees the daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning of our facility, both inside and out.
Additionally, Dave works hard along side our Worship Leader, Misha Thomas, to plan, create, and decorate our stage for Sunday worship. He continues to volunteer in our Sound & Media ministries, as well. Dave is married to his lovely wife, Leisa and they have a teenage son, Zach.
Beth Cruz, Office Manager
Beth received her Business Administration degree from Wright State University. She was baptized in May of 2010 at Eastpointe and became our Office Administrator in June of that same year. She and her husband, Tim reside in Reynoldsburg with their son, Landon. Beth is the "go to" person for any questions you may have about scheduling our facility, church events, and meeting with our staff.
