Mark your calendar for Friday, April 30th & Saturday, May 1st for Eastpointe Men's 1st Annual Men's Retreat. The event will be held at Templed Hills Camp & Conference Center in Bellville, Ohio, thirty miles north of Columbus off of I-71.
All Eastpointe men, 14 years or older and their guests are welcome to attend.
There will be a guest speaker, as well as games (both indoor and out), hiking trails, sand volleyball, basketball, and for those really daring a football field.
The speaker for the Mens' Retreat will be Dr Stephen Pattison. Dr Pattison is the Senior Minister of Capital City Christian Church in Frankfurt, K.Y., where he has been a professor for many years. He is also an adjunct professor for KCU's Master degree program.
He is an excellent speaker, very personable and (obviously) has great credentials. He will be talking to us on "The Challenges of Being God's Man". John Chilcote, worship leader at Westerville Christian Church, will be leading worship.
